Refund and Shipping Policy
We hope that you truly love your purchase from J’adore. However, if you would like to return an item, please email us (sales@jadoreclothing.com) within 5 days of receiving your order. Returned merchandise must arrive back at our store no more than 14 days after initial order date. All returns must be in 100% new condition, unworn with all original tags in place. Please ensure the clothing is packaged safely, as we cannot accept damaged returns.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Accessories, bodysuits or any item with a lower undergarment attached for hygienic reasons cannot be accepted for returns.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping
All our packages ship with Canada Post. We will do our best to provide tracking numbers if they are made available. Please take up all package inquires with Canada Post directly.
